• On a scale of 1 (“we have not yet begun”) to 5 (“fully optimized”), nearly 90% of organizations report high levels of immaturity re M365 automated governance capabilities (either a “1” or a “2”).

• 88% say that the pace of change in the M365 cloud is a challenge.

• 49% say that COVID-driven remote work has influenced the way their organization feels about the important of information governance.
